CDM is designed for agencies that manage sensitive resident, financial, property, and program information. Cursor Control uses practical safeguards that support secure access, agency data separation, and operational review.

Cloud Hosting

CDM is hosted on Amazon Web Services. AWS provides the cloud infrastructure supporting the application and its data storage.

Encryption

CDM uses HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and encryption at rest for stored application data.

Authentication and Access

CDM supports authenticated user access and optional multi-factor authentication. Agencies can manage access for their approved staff.

Role-based permissions allow agencies to control what staff members can see and do, including access to sensitive financial information.

Agency Data Separation

CDM is designed to keep each agency's data separated from other customer accounts.

Audit Logging

CDM records key user and administrative activity in audit logs to support review and oversight.

Backup and Recovery Practices

Backup and recovery practices support continuity for agency application data. Recovery needs are assessed in the context of the affected service and customer agreement.
