For over 20 years, Cursor Control Inc. has provided a robust and proven software application that has served government agencies and a variety of other organizations that manage community development, construction projects, housing rehab, weatherization programs, develop affordable housing and provide asset building services to tenants.
Community Development Manager (CDM) began in 1989 as a custom application for the community development department at an Oregon housing authority. Tracking every loan and every phase of rehab and development projects either by spreadsheets, word processing, or by hand; this agency recognized the need for one software product designed specifically for the CD/Rehab Community. Since then, CDM has evolved into a comprehensive, fully integrated, flexible, easy-to-use software application that is trusted and utilized by agencies and non-profit organizations throughout the United States.
We have dedicated ourselves exclusively to this software, making it the one record-keeping tool most useful to the community development/rehab/weatherization community.
